These terms apply to the use of Ever After Invite's services (Jakarta, Indonesia) by event hosts ("clients").
1. The service
We send event invitations to guests on WhatsApp, collect RSVP answers and provide the summary to the client. Extra features such as table numbers and day-before reminders are agreed per event.
2. Client obligations
- Provide correct guest data, only for people who are actually invited and who agree to be contacted on WhatsApp.
- Have a lawful basis for sharing guest data with us.
- Not use the service for spam, unsolicited promotion, or content that breaks the law or WhatsApp's policies.
3. WhatsApp limits
Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to its rules and limits, such as Meta's approval of message templates and a daily limit on recipients. Sending to a large guest list may be spread over several days.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but can't guarantee delivery of every message, e.g. when a guest's number is inactive, the guest blocks messages, or WhatsApp has an outage.
5. Fees
Fees and payment terms are agreed in writing before invitations are sent.
6. Personal data
Guest data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and only for the client's event.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the event concerned. We're not liable for indirect losses, including those caused by incorrect data from the client.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Changes are marked by the date above. Questions: [email protected].
