Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to install an app or open a link?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp: guests just tap the buttons on the invitation message.
What if a guest picks the wrong answer?
Before confirming, guests can go back to the previous question or start over. Once locked, changes go through the admin.
Can one number receive more than one invitation?
Yes. For example one number with a family and an office invitation: the guest answers each invitation in turn in one conversation.
Is guest data safe?
Guest data is only used for your event, stored on a secure server, and deleted or anonymized when its retention period ends. See our Privacy Policy.
